SHIPPING

Do you ship outside of Pakistan?
Yes, we do! However, our fragrances do not ship outside of Pakistan as the laws restrict us from doing so.
How long will it take to get my order?
The estimated average delivery time across Pakistan is 3 to 4 working days.

The estimated delivery time for international order is 4 to 7 working days after the order has been dispatched.

Please note that international orders may be subject to taxes & duties and will be the responsibility of the client. Any applicable duties or fees will be collected at the time of order delivery.
What Are Your Shipping Charges
Parishae ® offers free delivery nationwide (Pakistan). Charges for all international delivery vary from country to country depending upon city, state, country and locality.

It depends on what you order. Based on the product that you order, all details can be found within each product detail tab for the exact breakdown of the fabric construction.
Can I get my product personalized?
If you would like to have us create something for you personally, you will have to set up an appointment with our team.

Can I cancel or change my order?
To request for an order cancellation please email us the order # your receipt and issue at clientcare@parishae.com and someone from our team will get in contact with you. As a rule of thumb, once you have placed your order you will receive an email notification and a phone call from our team to confirm your order. After this our team will start working on getting your order ready for dispatch. Before we ship the order to you, we send out a shipping update email. If you change your mind before the order has shipped, we will be able to cancel the order for you. However, after the order is shipped, you will have to process the cancellation as a return. For this, please refer to our policy.
