RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our Guidelines:
Exchange Policy
For all exchanges and refunds the following MUST apply:
- The item should not be used. (i.e.. should be in the same condition it was in when received - a thorough checking of the product will be conducted upon return.)
- All tags must be kept intact
- Invoice of the item purchased must be kept intact
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Shoes should only be tried indoors, preferably on carpeted surfaces
- Any items found used will be rejected and returned back to client
Valid reasons to exchange or refund an item:
- Delivered product is damaged / defective (e.g. stitching or other such manufacturing faults)
- Delivered product is incomplete (i.e., has missing items and/or accessories).
- Delivered product is incorrect (i.e., wrong product/size/color)
- Delivered product does not fit. (i.e., size is unsuitable)
Suits, Kurtas, Shoes, Waistcoats
- You have up to 15 days to return the product based on the above criteria to receive a full refund.
- The team at Parishae will conduct a proper checking process before exchanging the product.
Couture, Jewelry, Perfumes, Cosmetics
- Being made-to-order, we can not accept returns of personalized items.
- Jewelry, perfumes and cosmetics can not be returned.
If you are not in Pakistan, you will have to dispatch the package back to Pakistan and bear the shipping cost.
If you have purchased as a registered user: You can request the return by going to the details of your order in the account section. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at clientcare@parishae.com.
If you made your purchase as a guest: You can request a refund by clicking on the link that appears in any of the emails, we have sent you about your order.
Once your return request has been registered, you will receive an email with the return instructions and the return labels to prepare your package. It is important for you to follow these instructions and to use the return labels as indicated, in order to avoid any issue with your return.
Refund Policy
The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase. You will receive email confirmation of the return once it has been completed. If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 30 days, please show the confirmation to your bank so that they can help you and speed up the process.
Online purchases refund procedure:
We will refund any item(s), returned in the same state as you received them in, with all labels and tags still attached.
We will refund the value of your returned item(s) excluding the delivery fees within 30 days after receiving your return as below:
We will refund the balance to the card originally used.
Once we have received your return shipment in our warehouse, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the parcel.

Shipping Policy
Parishae ® offers free delivery nationwide (Pakistan). Charges for all international delivery vary from country to country depending upon city, state, country and locality.
We endeavor to process and dispatch your order within 24 hours once the order is confirmed. You are requested to be available on the provided contact number so our team can reach you.
Please note that if the item(s) on your order are unfit for dispatch due to any other reason, they will not be shipped or will be shipped partially. You will be informed via phone or email in case a shipment is delayed due to any given reason.
The estimated average delivery time across Pakistan is 3 to 4 working days.
The estimated delivery time for international order is 4 to 7 working days after the order has been dispatched.
Please note that international orders may be subject to taxes & duties and will be the responsibility of the client. Any applicable duties or fees will be collected at the time of order delivery.
